Shipping
The transit time depends on the distance from the point of origin. All of our items ship from inside the United States.
Please expect 2-7 days for lighter and smaller items and 3 -14 days for heavier products shipped via regular carrier (Fedex, UPS, USPS). Please note these times are in business days
Cancellations
If you decide to cancel your order before it ships, please email us immediately at support@vetcareanimalsupply.com and we will cancel your order. Cancellations submitted via e-mail within 24 hours of purchase will not incur any fees. Cancellations submitted after 24 hours may incur restocking and return fees from our manufacturers and will be analyzed on a case by case basis. Where possible we will try to intervene to avoid such fees.
Return Policy and Procedure
We want you to be fully satisfied with any purchase you make in our store. Any products returned within 30 days of purchase will be cheerfully refunded in the manner in which you paid. Products must be new, or unused with original packaging or tags.
Used, damaged products should not be returned and will not be refunded unless the damage occurred during the shipment. In that case, please make sure to notify us via email within 3 days of receiving the damaged products.
RETURN PROCEDURE
- Email your name, order number, and the reason for your return to support@vetcareanimalsupply.com. Please be specific when explaining the circumstances for your return and provide pictures if necessary.
- As soon as your request is reviewed, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions to you by e-mail
- Once your return is received and reviewed, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received your item and inform you of the status of your refund.
RETURN SHIPPING
If your return is due to an error on our end, we will gladly pay for return shipping. If the reason for your return is not due to an error on our end, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
DAMAGED ITEMS
While extremely rare, it is possible that your item could be damaged while in transit. When your package arrives, please inspect the packaging. If you notice any visible damage, please accept the package and write"Package Damaged" on the form being signed. This protects you in the event that the damage occurred while in-transit. In the event that there is damage to the actual item(s) please send photos to support@vetcareanimalsupply.com and we will help process the return and/or exchange.
